Welcome to leisure cycling in the Belfast areaWe are a local group of the Cyclists' Touring Club, which campaigns for and provides information and services to cyclists. Our main activities are:Sunday RidesWeekly full day tours covering about 50 miles. The riders normally stop for a picnic lunch along the way. Wednesday Wobbly Wheelersoften use trains to reach a wide variety of countryside at a more leisurely speed. Cyclists of all ages are welcome, but it's cheaper if you qualify for free rail travel. Saturday RidesThese rides are held about once a month and usually take advantage of the greater number of eating establishments open on a Saturday. One event of particular note consists of a tour County Down coffee shops. Special EventsWe hold a number of special events during the year. These are listed in our runs list. ClubroomMembers and invited speakers share their experiences with slide shows and other events. A highlight of our social calendar is our Christmas lunch held at The Temple, a short cycle form Belfast..

ToursWe hold Hostel Weekends to a variety of local youth hostels and longer tours, using guest houses, further afield.
