Tourist Trials

These cycle rides follow a predetermined route in a given time or are more challenging than our normal club runs. You would expect to be accompanied by our faster Sunday riders and a number visiting entrants.

Please note:-

  • All riders are required to follow our Code of Riding Conduct, observe all traffic regulations and show consideration to other road users
  • If you find yourself in a large group, causing traffic congestion, please open up a gap to allow motorists to overtake easily.
  • Bikes should be fitted with saddle bags and full mudguards to reflect the 'tourist' character of the events. (after all, why make it too easy:-)
  • Please remember these events are not races and that all cyclists finishing within the allotted time are equally successful.
